I build great teams who use technology to delight customers.
My work is always at the chaotic intersections of leadership development, customer experience strategy and emerging technology. My current role of CXO with PGK allows me to bring our internal data analysis capabilities to market. Previous roles include Managing Director, CIO, CDO, and Programme Manager. I am comfortable leading enterprise architecture, information tech, data analytics and information security activities.
My space is always international and multi-cultural in nature. I have built and run companies, brought departments to a higher level of maturity and performance, and have delivered multiple global projects.
I see companies as holistic systems. I almost instantly observe the strengths and weaknesses of business plans, organisation changes, experience designs or solution architectures. I challenge myself to put hyper complex topics onto a single picture that a child could understand.
Human development is my passion. During times of change, people behave oddly, but this doesn’t mean they are not authentic and wonderful people. Let’s get them on board and make magic happen. I have learned to value and appreciate people who think and reason very differently than me.
A serious hobby of mine is independent film production and distribution. All of the tools in my backpack help us succeed here – agile and growth hacking methods, building teams, staying focused on the audience experience, and using emerging technologies to bring our films to audiences around the world. It’s amazing to see and feel the audience reaction in a cinema when they are watching one of our movies.
